Jacqueline "Jackie" Neal, a 37-year-old African American blues singer from Baton Rouge, LA, was tragically killed on March 10, 2005. She was shot in her beauty salon by her ex-boyfriend, James White, who also wounded another woman, Angela Myers, before turning the gun on himself.
