Tangie Swanson, a 37-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on August 14, 2008, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Tangie was a floor technician and a resident of Baton Rouge. She was survived by her father, Charles J. Miller; mother, Sandra Swanson; daughter, Kenyada Swanson; and son, Ja'uan Swanson.
