On May 19, 2024, at approximately 4:00 a.m., 44-year-old Edgar Yahirt Salgado was fatally shot inside the El Gallito Copeton Night Club, located at 3202 North Main Street in Fort Worth, Texas. Earlier that morning, Salgado had engaged in a verbal and physical altercation with several individuals at the club.
