Steven Raymond, a 47-year-old man from New Britain, Connecticut, was last seen on July 28, 1998, in the vicinity of South Street and Stanley Street. He had left his parents' home, planning to sleep on South Street, but never returned. His sleeping bag and other personal belongings were later found at the site where he intended to stay.
