Kyle Bockus, a 31-year-old from Manchester, Connecticut, was last seen on October 27, 1999. His disappearance was reported after he failed to show up for work, which was unusual for him. When authorities checked his home, they did not find any signs of a struggle or anything out of the ordinary.
