Richard Boissonneau, a 49-year-old man from Manchester, Connecticut, was last seen on September 25, 1984. He left his home around 11 a.m. that day and was never heard from again. Boissonneau, who suffered from schizophrenia and severe spinal issues that required shoe lifts, was known to be apprehensive of strangers and had a tendency to get lost easily.
