At the time he went missing, Luis Narvaez was described as being 5'7' tall and weighing 170 pounds, with short, brown hair and brown eyes. He had several distinct tattoos, including the name 'Mayra' on his right forearm and the names 'Nathanial,' 'Niulka,' and 'Anthony' on his inside bicep. He also had a birthmark on his lower back. When he was last seen, he was reportedly wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black hat, and jeans.
