The disappearance of Luis Anthony Narvaez, a 27-year-old Hispanic male, has left his family and community searching for answers since March 9, 2010. Known to his loved ones as 'Pucho,' Luis was a son, a brother, and a father. His last known communication was a distressing phone call his mother received from a stranger on that Tuesday in March.
