Luis Anthony Narvaez, 27, went missing on March 9, 2010, in Manchester, Connecticut. He was last seen on the Bulkeley Bridge, and it is believed that he may have jumped from the bridge. Despite reports of the possible jump, his body was never recovered. At the time of his disappearance, Narvaez was described as 5'7" tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown/black hair and dark brown eyes. He had notable tattoos, including names on his bicep and forearm, as well as a birthmark on his lower back.
