The deceased died in a San Diego Hospital on November 14, 2019. He was admitted on 10/30/2019 from the East County Transitional Living Center Men's Ranch in Dulzura. Prior to that the deceased was living a transient lifestyle in El Cajon, CA. He was using the name John Hall however this is a false identity.
