David Ceja, a 78-year-old man, was last seen in Oceanside, California, on September 6, 2019. At the time of his disappearance, Ceja's family had grown concerned after not hearing from him. He was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NAMUS), and his case has remained open since then.
