Tony Andrade Cruz, 83, was last seen on May 28, 2003, leaving his home in San Diego, California, around 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. He had reportedly gone to a nearby post office to mail some bills but never returned. Cruz, who used a cane or walker due to mobility issues, was a familiar figure in downtown San Diego and had previously traveled to places like Yuma, Arizona, and Ensenada, Mexico, though there were no signs he planned to visit those areas at the time of his disappearance.
