William Thomas Alley, a 77-year-old man, was last seen on July 22, 2018, in Chula Vista, California. He was known to make frequent trips to Tijuana, Mexico, and it is believed that he may have been in that area when he disappeared. At the time of his disappearance, Alley was 5'6" tall, weighed 130 pounds, and had gray hair and blue eyes.
