His disappearance, along with his three siblings—Janay, Jazmine, and Jozlynn—has been linked to an abduction by their non-custodial mother, Donica Shelton. Joseph, who was born on October 21, 2016, is biracial (Black/White) with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was just three years old.
