Joseph Shelton, a 3-year-old boy, was last seen on January 17, 2020, in Chula Vista, California. His disappearance, along with his three siblings—Janay, Jazmine, and Jozlynn—has been linked to an abduction by their non-custodial mother, Donica Shelton. Joseph, who was born on October 21, 2016, is biracial (Black/White) with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was just three years old.
