Wesley Jennings Royall, a 35-year-old man from Yadkinville, North Carolina, was tragically killed in an early morning shooting on April 22, 2019. Deputies from the Yadkin County Sheriff's Office discovered Royall's body along a roadway in the area of Liberty Church and Lone Hickory roads. The investigation revealed that Royall had been fatally shot. The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation assisted local deputies in the investigation.
