Roberto Cisneros, aged 64, was last seen at his residence in Chula Vista, California, on January 10, 2020. Before his disappearance, Cisneros left behind his credit cards and identification, which raised concerns about his whereabouts. He may have been driving a gold 1997 Toyota Camry at the time. Cisneros required medication, which he did not have with him, and he was reportedly experiencing delusional episodes.
