In the early evening of May 25, 2022, the life of 23-year-old Antoine Steven Archer, a Black/African American male from Vancouver, Washington, was tragically cut short in Gresham, Oregon. The incident unfolded shortly before 5:30 p.m. at the East Park Place Apartment complex located at 18837 S.E. Yamhill St. Responding to reports of a shooting, Gresham police officers arrived to find Archer outside, suffering from a gunshot wound.
