• November 28, 2023: At approximately 6:48 p.m., Nicholas Simbolon, 42, was shot and killed in his garage in San Dimas after being followed home from an electric vehicle charging station.
• November 29, 2023: Around 2:30 a.m., a 52-year-old homeless man, whose identity has not been publicly released, was found dead from gunshot wounds on a sidewalk in the Lincoln Heights area.

Investigation and Arrest

Authorities connected the murders through ballistic evidence and surveillance footage.
