Jurijus Kadamovas, born on October 22, 1966, in Vilnius, Lithuania, is a Soviet-born American serial killer. Along with his accomplice, Iouri Mikhel, Kadamovas was involved in a series of kidnappings and murders in the United States between October 2001 and January 2002.

Kadamovas and Mikhel targeted the immigrant community in Southern California, luring victims with the promise of profitable business deals. They kidnapped their victims, demanded ransoms from their families, and ultimately murdered them regardless of whether the ransoms were paid.
