Jaquavion Mackins, an 18-year-old from Cairo, Illinois, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2022, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Jaquavion, affectionately known as "Jay" or "Lil Tj," was a recent graduate of Meridian High School and was known for his athletic prowess, particularly in basketball and baseball.
