Vincent Lee Twiggs II, aged 40, tragically passed away on February 8, 2022, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Known affectionately as "Lil Vince" or "Vinny Mac," he was a beloved member of his community, remembered for his laid-back and humble nature. His death was the result of a fatal shooting, which has since been the subject of an ongoing investigation by the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
