In the early morning hours of June 20, 2014, authorities in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, were alerted to a grim discovery at the intersection of Henderson Avenue and Good Hope Street. Responding to a call shortly before 2:30 a.m., police officers arrived at the scene to find a vehicle with a male subject inside who had sustained fatal injuries.
