Kenneth Williams, a 25-year-old male from East Stroudsburg, PA, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2017. He was shot in the chest inside an apartment on Barnum Street. The incident occurred in broad daylight, and Kenneth was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after the shooting.
