Andrew Joseph Todd, a 20-year-old white male from East Stroudsburg, PA, tragically died on December 12, 2015. He was involved in a fatal incident at a Walmart in East Stroudsburg, where he was shot and killed by police officers. Todd entered the store armed with two handguns and a machete, and began threatening customers and pointing the gun at them.
