Quincy R. Lucious III, an 18-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on March 28, 2018, in Cape Girardeau. The incident occurred during a dispute inside an apartment complex, where both Lucious and 20-year-old Leslie Williams were fatally shot.
