Tommie Lee Strowder, aged 38, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2015, in Elkhart, Indiana. The incident occurred in the 500 block of South Fifth Street, where police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 3:31 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Strowder with a gunshot wound to his torso. Despite efforts to save him, Strowder succumbed to his injuries.
