Anthony Frazier

In the spring of 2007, the life of Anthony L. Frazier, a 47-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in his Elkhart, Indiana home. On the morning of April 19th, while visiting with friends in his apartment at 169 N. Fifth Street, a knock came at the door. When Frazier went to answer it, an encounter occurred that resulted in his untimely death. The event that transpired in that moment has been deemed a homicide by investigators.
