Jerry Ezell Harbin, aged 37, was shot and killed on November 14, 2016, in West Oakland, California. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of 32nd Street at around 1:08 p.m. Harbin was shot multiple times outside a residence, and the suspect fled the scene shortly after the shooting. Authorities released surveillance photos showing the suspect leaving the area immediately after the incident.
