In the early morning hours of March 25, 2023, the life of 20-year-old Tyquan Page of Elkhart, Indiana, was cut short by gunfire. The fatal incident occurred at the River Run Apartments, located in the 700 block of Monroe Street. Emergency dispatch received a call about a shooting with injuries at approximately 2:34 a.m. and sent Elkhart Police Department officers to the scene.
