Stanley Peck, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2019, in Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of Halloween morning when neighbors reported hearing gunshots in the vicinity of North Fremont Avenue and West Walnut Street. Upon arrival, police found Stanley Peck deceased outside his home, having succumbed to gunshot wounds. His partner, Tia Pittman, was also critically injured and later died at a local hospital.
