On a Saturday evening in Elkhart, Indiana, the life of 18-year-old Travelle Damari Moore was tragically cut short. On May 25, 2024, at around 9 p.m., the Elkhart City 911 Communications Center received a distressing call reporting a shooting in the vicinity of the 1000 block of Portsmouth Drive. When officers from the Elkhart City Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Moore near a pond, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
