Forrest K. Howard, a 27-year-old male, was killed on Saturday, June 19, 2021, in Elkhart, Indiana. On that day, Howard was riding his bicycle near the 500 block of South 5th Street when he was attacked. The incident occurred during what authorities have described as a robbery attempt.

The perpetrator, Jordan Wolf, who was 22 years old at the time, confronted Howard. Wolf threw him to the ground and shot him three times before fleeing the scene. The attack proved to be fatal for Howard, a ...
