In the spring of 2016, the life of 31-year-old Joshua H. Shaw, a male resident of Elkhart, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On the morning of Tuesday, April 5th, Shaw was seated in the driver's seat of his SUV in the parking lot of the Bannerker Heights Apartment Complex on Malcolm Drive.
