In the late spring of 2019, a violent encounter in Elkhart, Indiana, cut short the life of 25-year-old Ishmael Hykiesh Porter. On May 26th, on a residential block of Sherman Street, an argument escalated to a fatal conclusion. Witnesses reported that following a dispute, a woman pointed a handgun at Porter and fired.
