Devon Harris, a 19-year-old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was found dead by a family member on April 12, 2014. The discovery was made around 1:00 PM in the 700 block of N. 32nd St. Harris had been unreachable for several days prior to his body being found, which added to the family's concern and grief.
