Death by Force

On November 26, 2024, Toby R. Fisher, a 32-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, was found unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound in the 700 block of Monroe Street in Elkhart. Emergency responders pronounced him deceased at the scene. An autopsy conducted by the Elkhart County Coroner's Office determined the cause of death to be a gunshot wound, classifying the incident as a homicide.
