Jared Foltz, a 20-year-old resident of Elkhart, Indiana, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2017. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Menards on Windsor Avenue in Elkhart. According to reports, Jared was found dead in the driver's seat of his Jeep Commander with several spent shell casings in the front passenger seat. The police were called to the scene around 7:30 p.m., and upon arrival, they discovered the grim scene.
