Garrett Caley Weber, a 43-year-old resident of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 13, 2023. He was born on April 12, 1980, to Randy Weber and Kimberly Wenger (Douglas).

The incident occurred in the 26000 block of Lake Drive near Simonton Lake, where Weber was shot. A 14-year-old called the authorities to report the shooting, which happened just after 7 p.m. When first responders arrived at the scene, Weber was pronounced dead.
