A 14-year-old present at the scene called the authorities to report the shooting. When first responders arrived, they found Mr.
Weber deceased.
Garrett Weber's fiancée, Brandi Wixon, and three of their children were inside the home when the fatal shots were fired. Wixon witnessed the shooting, and the family's house was struck by multiple bullets.
