Bryan Taylor, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Harrisburg, PA, tragically died on July 30, 2016. He was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound shortly after 3:30 a.m. that morning. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene. Taylor was well-known in his community as a talented football and basketball player, as well as a popular barber.
