Leonard Quattlebaum, a 31-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2022, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred outside the USA Fried Chicken store at 13th and Derry streets. Quattlebaum was fatally shot by Jeremy Bailey, a 34-year-old man, during a dispute that escalated into violence.
