Kyler Waiwada, an 18-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on August 30, 2019. He was found in an alley in the 1800 block of State Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident was ruled a homicide by the coroner.
