In the early morning hours of July 2, 2015, a dispute at an Exxon gas station at 15th and State streets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, ended in the tragic death of Christopher J. Williams. Williams, a 34-year-old Black / African American male, had gone inside to pay and was shot in the chest upon returning outside around 2:15 a.m. Those who knew him described him as a wonderful father, son, brother, and friend.
