In the early morning hours of July 30, 2017, the life of James Wesley Bair, a 45-year-old Black/African American male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. He was discovered on a city street in the first block of North 18th Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the swift response of emergency personnel, Mr. Bair succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
