Death by Force

Jawan Washington, a 20-year-old African American male from Harrisburg, PA, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2018. He was shot multiple times inside a vehicle behind Double D’s Bar on South 19th Street in Harrisburg. Washington was pronounced dead at Harrisburg Hospital shortly after the incident.
