The tragic death of Franklin Lee, a 64-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, marked the city's first homicide of 2025. The incident occurred on January 10th inside a home on the 1200 block of Walnut Street. Authorities reported that Lee was involved in an altercation with another man when a firearm he was carrying discharged, injuring the other individual.
