In the evening hours of November 12, 2019, 54-year-old Ernest Warren was found lying in the 2600 block of Lexington Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the victim of a shooting. Emergency medical services were called to the scene, but Warren was pronounced dead. The Harrisburg Bureau of Police initiated an investigation into the homicide. At the time, they appealed to the public for any information and offered a reward for tips that could lead to an arrest.
