A man is found laying on a sidewalk deceased
On the morning of July 10, 2017, 18-year-old white male Tyler James Mitchell was found deceased on the sidewalk in the 2700 block of Burton Street SE in Warren, Ohio. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Trumbull County Coroner officially ruled his death a homicide later that week.
