Tyler Mitchell, an 18-year-old from Warren, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on July 10, 2017. He was found lying on the sidewalk in the 2700 block of Burton SE at around 5:30 in the morning. The Warren Police Department responded to reports and discovered Mitchell had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
