In the summer of 2009, the life of 17-year-old David Austin Carr was tragically cut short in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. A student at Dauphin County Technical School with a passion for diesel technology, David was also a dedicated soccer player since 2001 and an associate at a local Giant Food Store. He was known by friends and family as a wonderful son, brother, and uncle who enjoyed fishing, football, and basketball.
