David Austin Carr, a 17-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2009. David was born on May 26, 1992, and was the son of Chris Carr and Candy Lesher Reinbold. He was a student at Dauphin County Technical School, where he was studying Diesel Technology, and worked as an associate at the Oakhurst Giant Food Store. David was also an active participant in CASA recreational soccer and enjoyed fishing and playing football and basketball with his friends.
