Frank Theodore Berryman Jr., a 21-year-old male from Harrisburg, PA, tragically lost his life on May 1, 2021. He was shot multiple times inside an apartment building on the 4900 block of Lancer Street in Lower Paxton Township. Responding officers found him suffering from his injuries and rushed him to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his wounds. The initial investigation suggested that Berryman was deliberately targeted.
