Jorge Luis Toro, also known as Jose, was a 28-year-old man from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was born on May 23, 1987, and was known for his adventurous and outgoing nature. On August 17, 2015, Jose tragically lost his life after being found with multiple gunshot wounds on Dean Street in Harrisburg.
