Jalil Smith, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Harrisburg, PA, tragically passed away on October 28, 2015. He was found shot multiple times near 13 Row Hall Manor early in the morning and died at the scene. The Harrisburg Police Department identified him as the victim of an early morning homicide.
