In a tragic intersection of fate and violence, Jonas Jacob Strunk IV, a 25-year-old Black/African American man from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was found shot to death in the early morning hours of Saturday, July 16, 2022. His body was discovered by Harrisburg police just after midnight in the vicinity of Evergreen and Haehnlen streets.
